HOW IT STARTED

From a simple conversation to a technology studio.

It started with a problem that was impossible to ignore. One of our co-founders, Darryl Pinto, took his pet to a veterinarian for a routine vaccination. What began as an ordinary visit turned into a conversation about a familiar challenge: running a modern business on technology that doesn't quite work together.

The clinic was managing vaccination records, reminders, inventory, and day-to-day operations across different tools — and in some cases, paper records. Something as simple as following up with a patient took several manual steps. The technology existed. The need was obvious. The right solution wasn't easily available.

That led to a bigger question: if technology can automate so much of the world, why are so many businesses still spending their time managing disconnected systems and repetitive processes? That question brought five friends together — with backgrounds across software engineering, cloud, data, automation, application development, and IT — around one simple belief: technology should solve problems, not create more of them.
